Our owner-managed enterprise with registered seat in Kempen on the Lower Rhine had been founded already in 1922 as a trading company for pipes and steel products. The competence area of manufacturing was added later. Today, we have comprehensive experience in the production and worldwide supply of assemblies and components for industrial sectors like mechanical and plant engineering, the textile industry, automotive technology, as well as crafts and trade – from individual construction to series production.

Wilhelm Steffes, managing director and owner 

The trained and qualified mechanical engineer and industrial production specialist brought his experience from various industrial and trading businesses into company which he took over as owner in 1995. Resolutely and thoroughly, Wilhelm Steffes expanded the former pipes wholesaler business to a broad-based service provider for mechanical engineering which especially manufactures customer-specific machinery components – in addition to the company's trading in pipes and special steels. Wilhelm Steffes is a dedicated water sports fan with a strong preference for diving.
